It was an absolute pleasure to see the Utaina! Team in action, at both the Avalon facility and at Archives New Zealand Te Rua Mahara o te Kāwanatanga HQ as part of the New Zealand Archives Council meeting yesterday.
This project is not only ensuring Aoteaora AV taonga preserved in perpetuity, but also immeasurably increasing access to the public. This is the largest AV digitisation project globally (let that sink in for a moment…).
